One of the most used rooms in our homes today, is the bathroom.  Expectations for the modern bathroom renovation have exploded within the last 20-30 years. The average size of a bathroom in the 70’s and prior was about 50sq ft. The function of bathrooms then was mostly utilitarian. Bathrooms consisted of 1 tub/shower combination, 1 sink and 1 toilet.
