One thing we are grateful for is the number of clients we work with that are a result of a customer referral. In fact, over 85% of our clientele were introduced to us from another client. This got us thinking, “why not reward our customers for referring a friend, colleague or family member?” And so, the JM Remodeling & Construction Customer Referral Program was born!HOW IT WORKS
- Fill out the form above with the information about yourself (so we can get your reward to you) and the information on the person you are referring.
- You can let your referral know about JM Remodeling & Construction, but that is not required.
- Just for submitting the referral, you will receive a $25 Gift Card to Home Depot! No strings attached!
- When we contact your referral, we will let them know you are the person who referred them, but we won’t mention the reward - we will leave that up to you.
- We will contact your referral and talk to them about their needs and why JM Remodeling & Construction might be the right company for their next project.
- If your referral contracts JM Remodeling & Construction for their project, YOU will receive a cash back reward coupon towards YOUR next project with us, outlined below.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions
All referrers will receive a no obligation $25 Home Depot Gift Card for submitting a completed referral form. Referrers will receive a cash back coupon to be used towards a project with JM Remodeling & Construction, such as a kitchen, bath or home remodel, roofing or siding services, home additions, porch or deck construction, commercial remodeling and more! In order to redeem your cash back reward coupon, referrers must live, or their project must be located in our service area. Referrals must be submitted on the form above and dated prior to our being in contact with that referral already. Your referral must sign a contract with JM Remodeling & Construction and your reward will be issued when their contract has been paid in full.
