Founded in 1992 by CEO Jim Meldman, Select Properties LLC was established as an expansion of an award winning design & build company, JM Remodeling & Construction, a Wisconsin based organization created in 1989.

As the real estate portfolio grew to value over 60 Million, Select Properties evolved into a 5-star professional company that specializes in managing and improving multifamily properties throughout Wisconsin and Chicago.

Currently, Select Properties owns, holds, manages and is improving over 19 Million worth of value–add multifamily apartment complexes.
