Historical Restoration – Summit Avenue

This early 1900’s Lake Dr mansion needed major exterior restoration.  JM Remodeling’s challenge was to be able to matches the existing metal work, stucco and wood details while having job detail and material approved by the State Historical Society.  JM Remodeling created new roof lines northeast second level giving the flat roof a 4/12 pitch enabling shedding of water which included custom fabricated rafter tails and new fascia and soffit system.  Products used 24-gauge per-finished galvanized metal steel, .060 E.P.D.M. rubber, 6” seamless aluminum gutters, 40-year Landmark Plus Weathered Wood shingles and major stucco repairs.  JM Remodeling brought new light to this gorgeous east side mansion.
